NTCIC was established by the National Trust for Historic Preservation to bring capital and expertise to projects that protect America’s historic places and re-energize communities. As a for-profit subsidiary, we complement the National Trust’s advocacy and preservation work by financing real-world developments that bring lasting value to communities.
We work closely with the National Trust to align on priorities and to extend our reach into communities where investments spark renewal. Working with NTCIC, you’re doing more than completing a project; you’re advancing a national mission. A portion of our profits support the National Trust directly to help fund its nationwide programming. Every project we support helps sustain the places that matter: culturally significant buildings, theaters, HBCUs, historic restaurants, and more.
