“I help make historic preservation possible by connecting impactful projects with the capital they need to succeed. I work at the intersection of community development, finance, and preservation, structuring investments using federal and state tax credits to restore historic buildings and bring them back into meaningful use. It’s about more than saving old buildings; it’s about revitalizing neighborhoods, honoring cultural heritage, and creating spaces that serve people today and for generations to come.”
