At NTCIC’s October 2021 Board of Directors meeting, Ms. Lauri Michel was unanimously elected as incoming Chair, succeeding Mr. Bruce Block.

Washington, D.C. – November 19, 2021: NT Solar has continued a series of successful solar investment tax credit (ITCs) financing with returning partners Summit Ridge Energy and Kearsarge Energy with the recent closing of two large-scale portfolios.

NT Solar will attend the upcoming Novogradac Renewable Energy Tax Credit Conference from November 4th – 5th to connect with industry colleagues, and discuss the latest news related to renewable energy provisions presently included within the emerging infrastructure legislation.

Last week, a new iteration of the reconciliation infrastructure bill was released and was significantly reduced in scope, excluding the Historic Tax Credit (HTC) enhancements and many other community development incentives that were in a prior bill.

As you’re seeing in the national news, Congress is poised to move forward on infrastructure legislation, including a vehicle that could carry Historic Tax Credit (HTC) provisions, as early as next week. Great news? Possibly not! The $3.

Washington, D.C., September 14, 2021 – The House Ways and Means Committee Democrats released their budget reconciliation legislative text for amending community development tax incentives over the weekend. The bill will be considered by the full Ways and Means Committee this week.
