July 15th, 2022 Washington, DC: This past month, NT Solar continued a series of successful solar tax credit investments with returning partners Silicon Ranch Corporation, Summit Ridge Energy, and Kearsarge Energy, including an expansion of a previous investment from earlier this year.

NTCIC is proud to announce the promotion of Kathleen Galvan to Acquisitions Manager. Working with Managing Director Kandi Jackson, Kathleen will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and underwriting prospective federal and state Historic and New Markets Tax Credit investments.

July 26th, 2022: Members of Congress will depart Washington in August to head home for the summer recess through Labor Day. This week, advocates are encouraged to contact offices to request cosponsorship of the Historic Tax Credit Growth and Opportunity Act (HTC-GO HR 2294/S.

Our team continues to grow! We are thrilled to welcome new members to NTCIC over the past couple of months.

Thanks to the recent efforts of HTC advocates, there are now over 85 House members and 11 Senators in support of the Historic Tax Credit Growth and Opportunity Act (HTC-GO) bills (HR 2294/S. 2266). This is the most support gathered for a House HTC improvement bill in recent memory.
