The NT Solar will be attending the upcoming RE+ Conference in Anaheim, California from September 19th – 22nd to connect with industry colleagues, learn about new technologies within the renewable space, and discuss the latest news related to solar tax credit provisions within the Inflation Reduction Act. Our team will also be attending the Women in Solar networking events to connect with other senior-level women within the solar energy industry.

The largest and most comprehensive event in North America for the clean energy industry, the RE+ conference brings together an extensive alliance of renewable energy leaders for multiple days of programming and networking opportunities.

As President of NT Solar and NTCIC, its parent organization, Merrill directs fundraising and acquisition opportunities, develops and implements overall strategy and new lines of business, and coordinates governing board/staff relations. Merrill brings over 20 years of experience in community development finance, including the structuring and closing of over $1 billion utilizing Solar, Historic, New Markets, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.

Karin Berry

Managing Director

Karin Berry serves as the primary business development/relationship manager with renewable energy tax credit investors and project developers to syndicate Solar Investment Tax Credits. She directs the team for originating, structuring, underwriting, and closing renewable energy tax credit investments. Since Karin joined NTCIC, we have added 7 new investors and 10 new developer partners and funded more than 25 community-based projects. | Connect

Kevin Carder

Portfolio Analyst

As the Portfolio Analyst for NTCIC and NT Solar, Kevin is responsible for producing financial reports and analyses for tax credit investments across multiple investor portfolios. Kevin helps collect, examine, and synthesize financial data to provide visibility into project and portfolio-level performance.
