Connect with NTCIC at the IPED Historic Tax Credit Summit

NTCIC looks forward to connecting with our industry colleagues at the upcoming IPED Historic Tax Credit Summit. Federal and state Historic Tax Credits (HTCs) have become a critical tool in stimulating private investment in our communities. In addition to taking the opportunity to sit in on the panels, our staff will be participating in the following sessions:

  • Market Update: June 15th at 3:45PM
    NTCIC’s Amanda Bloomberg will join other investors to discuss capital markets and trends in demand for tax credits, as well as predictions for future opportunities and challenges facing the tax credit industry.
  • State Historic Tax Credit Panel: June 16th at 11:15AM
    NTCIC’s Kathleen Galvan will discuss updates, advocacy efforts, and emerging legislation surrounding the country’s various state historic tax credit programs.

Amanda Bloomberg

Senior Acquisitions Manager

Amanda is responsible for identifying, structuring, and preliminary underwriting prospective federal/state HTC and NMTC investments. She has over 15 years of experience in community development and structured finance Prior to joining NTCIC, Amanda spent nine years as an associate director originating, structuring, and closing LIHTC and HTC transactions. | Connect on LinkedIn

Kathleen Galvan

Acquisitions Manager

Kathleen has been with NTCIC for 11 years, originally joining the team as an Asset Manager. As an Acquisitions Manager, Kathleen is responsible for identifying, structuring, and underwriting prospective federal and state Historic and New Markets Tax Credit investments. To date, she has successfully facilitated and managed tax credit investments representing over $1.5 billion in total development costs. | Connect on LinkedIn

Kandi Jackson

Managing Director, Acquisitions & Project Management

As Managing Director, Kandi oversees the Acquisitions and Project Management Team of NTCIC with a focus on HTC and NMTC investments, which is primarily responsible for finding, underwriting, closing, and initiating the first equity and loan disbursements to a project.
