July 15th, 2022 Washington, DC: This past month, NT Solar continued a series of successful solar tax credit investments with returning partners Silicon Ranch Corporation, Summit Ridge Energy, and Kearsarge Energy, including an expansion of a previous investment from earlier this year.

From overseeing international policy on energy efficiency to managing early-stage renewable investments, Karin Berry has been a major player in the renewable energy space for over 30 years.

Washington, D.C. – November 19, 2021: NT Solar has continued a series of successful solar investment tax credit (ITCs) financing with returning partners Summit Ridge Energy and Kearsarge Energy with the recent closing of two large-scale portfolios.

NT Solar will attend the upcoming Novogradac Renewable Energy Tax Credit Conference from November 4th – 5th to connect with industry colleagues, and discuss the latest news related to renewable energy provisions presently included within the emerging infrastructure legislation.

This May, NT Solar, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Trust Community Investment Corporation (NTCIC), announced two successful Solar Tax Credit financial closings, including our largest investment to date.

Washington, D.C. – March 15, 2021 – NTCIC promoted Karin Berry to Managing Director of NT Solar, a subsidiary of NTCIC. As Managing Director, Ms. Berry serves as the primary business development and relationship manager for solar tax credit investors and project sponsors.

NT Solar, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Trust Community Investment Corporation (NTCIC), announces $40 million in solar tax credit investments in four multi-state community and municipal solar portfolios supporting 23 installations.

On October 1st, 2018 NT Solar joined project officials and local residents to celebrate the ribbon cutting of a $17 million solar-energy installation located in Montague, Massachusetts.
