September 27, 2018 NTCIC founder and long-time President, John Leith-Tetrault, was awarded a Lifetime Achievement award, recognizing the enduring impact he’s had on historic preservation during the recent Historic Tax Credit Conference held in Nashville, Tennessee.

On October 1st, 2018 NT Solar joined project officials and local residents to celebrate the ribbon cutting of a $17 million solar-energy installation located in Montague, Massachusetts.

NTCIC was honored to join Justin Dziowgo, Chief Financial Officer of Boyd Jones Construction, to accept the Historic Tax Credit Non-Residential Development that Best Exemplifies Major Community Impact Award for the Rail & Commerce project.

September 10th, 2018 On September 10th, 2018, the Northland Workforce Training Center in Buffalo, New York officially opened its doors to its very first group of new students.

NTCIC is focusing on Historic Tax Credit (HTC) projects that also qualify for New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) and are also located in severely-distressed low-income census tracts. Ideal projects will have a small-business incubator tenant.
