NTCIC will be attending the upcoming Novogradac New Markets Tax Credit Conference from January 30 – 31 to connect with industry colleagues, discuss the deployment of the Irvin Henderson Main Street Revitalization Fund, and the future of the incentive. The annual Novogradac New Markets Conference allows for community development professionals including community development entities, developers, investors, and consultants to meet, learn and unite on how to best invest in low-income communities. Matthew Prickett is an Acquisitions Manager at NTCIC, where he is responsible for identifying, structuring, and underwriting prospective Historic and New Markets Tax Credit investments. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Matt maintains a broad network of relationships including preservation consultants, accountants, attorneys and developers and has participated in tax credit investment across the United States. | Connect

Amanda is responsible for identifying, structuring and preliminary underwriting prospective federal/state HTC and NMTC investments. Prior to joining NTCIC, Amanda spent nine years at AEGON USA Realty Advisors in their Community Investment group where most recently she was an associate director originating, structuring and closing LIHTC and HTC transactions. | Connect
