We’re excited to announce the addition of four highly-skilled professionals to the NTCIC team as we continue to expand our operations to support the growing commitment of our investment partners. These seasoned professionals bring extensive experience in the tax credit and finance industries, with expertise in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, bridge lending, asset management, and risk assessment, further enhancing our ability to deliver quality and comprehensive services to our clients and transformational resources to communities across the country.
As a mission-driven tax credit syndicator, NTCIC is dedicated to supporting historic preservation, community development, and the growth of renewable energy nationwide. Since our inception, NTCIC has proudly facilitated over $2 billion in investments in more than 200 historic preservation, community development, and renewable energy developments.

Mercedes Stevenson
Director of Asset Management
On April 12th, NTCIC welcomed Mercedes as Director of Asset Management. She will lead our team in overseeing more than 100 investments currently under management. Mercedes joins with decades of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, community development, and risk management. She received her Bachelor's in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University and an MBA from the University of Virginia. | Connect on LinkedIn
Maggie Ramold
Asset Manager
As our newest Asset Manager, Maggie will help manage our growing portfolio of historic and new markets tax credit investments. Prior to joining NTCIC, Maggie worked as a Senior Loan Portfolio Manager for Lincoln Savings Bank, where she helped underwrite and manage a $100+ million portfolio of primarily historic tax credit bridge loans. Claire Brom
Associate Asset Manager
Claire recently joined NTCIC as an Associate Asset Manager and will coordinate investor reporting and will oversee various projects through tax credit compliance. Prior to NTCIC, she worked as a Derivatives Officer for U.S. Bank, where she built customized new markets and solar derivatives structures. Andrew Gorman
Project Manager
NTCIC is pleased to welcome Andrew to the Project Management team. He has over eight years of real estate development experience with a specialty in real estate financial analysis and LIHTC syndication. Andrew previously served as Underwriter for Enterprise Housing Credit Investments, where he underwrote and closed over $400 million in LIHTC equity investments.
