Written By: NTCIC

As NTCIC rounds out the fiscal year, we wanted to take a look back at some of the incredible investments we’re honored to support. This year, we invested over $230 million into 14 projects across the country. Together, these projects will restore over 1.7 million square feet of historic space and create resources, opportunities, and vital amenities for the communities in which they are located. This year, NTCIC supported four projects that will focus on workforce development and small business incubation; two community facilities that will provide direct medical and social service programming to local communities; four hotel investments that will create well paid and accessible employment opportunities; and four developments that will provide over 470 units of housing.
