As Opportunity Zones come into focus, NTCIC has been exploring how Opportunity Zone capital can best be invested in underserved communities and complement successful incentives such as the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) and the Historic Tax Credit (HTC), while supporting a mission of historic preservation.
